Received today:

2 letters one from 02 (who Wescot is claiming to be working for) and one from Wescot Credit Services.

Wescot – “we are looking into your complaint.” Roughly translates as “we will fanny about for a couple of weeks and then decide we acted appropriately so pay up”

02 – “the account has been closed and there is nothing further to pay on the account.  We have also recalled the debt from Wescot so please ignore anyletters that you may have received.”  They also apologise for the distress caused.


Waiting to see if there is anything further from Wescot.  An apology would be nice.
